1. Who we are

New Link Food FZE, an export company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. For anything to do with your personal data, write to info@nlfooduae.com.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into the «Request a quote» form: crop or product, volume, Incoterms, destination country and city, company name and your contact (email or phone). If you opened the form from a catalogue card, the name of that product is sent along with the request.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not collect your IP address for our own purposes and we do not build profiles.

3. Why we use it

Solely to prepare and send you a commercial offer and to correspond about that request. No profiling, no automated decision-making, no marketing mailings you did not ask for.

4. Who processes the data

Form submissions are received and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, Inc. (USA), acting as our processor. Letters you send us are processed by our email provider. Messages you send through WhatsApp or Telegram are governed by the terms of those services.

We do not sell or rent your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

5. Where the data is stored

Data may be stored on servers outside your country, including in the USA and the United Arab Emirates.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship requires, and in any case no longer than three years after our last contact — unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@nlfooduae.com. We reply within 30 days.

8. Browser storage

The site saves one value in your browser (nl-lang) to remember whether you chose English or Russian. It is not a tracking cookie, it never leaves your device and it is not sent to us.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date above.
