Product ranges, origins, seasons, calibres, packing and any prices shown on this site are indicative and may change with the harvest, availability and logistics. Nothing on this site is a public offer within the meaning of applicable law.

Binding terms — price, volume, quality specification, packing, Incoterms, delivery dates and payment — are agreed for each shipment and fixed in a signed contract or proforma invoice.

3. Quality and documents

Phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin and the rest of the shipping document pack are issued for each consignment in line with the contract and the requirements of the destination country.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, the logo and the design of this site belong to New Link Food FZE or are used with the rights holder’s permission. Reuse without prior written consent is not allowed.

5. Liability

The site is provided on an «as is» basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of the reference information published here.
